New product is, in general, not available to export. Many of our contracts with major labels don't allow us to export. Used LPs, 45s, and 78s are all available to for export.
It depends on your location and what shipping method you've selected. In general, handling time will be 2 business days or less. If we are having a longer than usual handling time, we will make a note on the site, change the handling time at checkout, or make a note in your order confirmation email. Business days for shipping are Monday-Friday. After that, transit times can vary from 1 day to 30 days. Please refer to the shipping method you selected and the estimated transit time given to you at checkout.
Yes, absolutely! By default, all open orders going to the same address will be combined, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be refunded accordingly. We do recommend replying to your order confirmation email or emailing support@plaidroomrecords.com just to make sure that we don't miss combining them!
No, they are not. If you're worried about an item selling out while you're browsing, we recommend placing multiple orders. We're more than happy to combine them and adjust shipping accordingly.
